Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.1 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and keep that information current. 550pub reserves the right to close any account where the information provided is found to be false, inaccurate, or misleading.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you. You must notify 550pub immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). 550pub may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. KYC compliance is mandatory under anti-money laundering (AML) regulations applicable to the Platform.
3.4 Account Closure. 550pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, Terms violation, chargebacks, or regulatory requirements. Verified balances at the time of closure may be returned to the payment method of record after deducting any applicable charges or offsets.

5.2 Bonuses are intended for use by the account holder only. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and permanent account suspension.

5.4 550pub reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any obligations already committed to active players under an existing offer.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 550pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform – including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, connectivity interruptions, or server errors not caused by 550pub's gross negligence.
10.3 550pub's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by 550pub's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
